Q : Returns/Refunds?

For hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds and/or re-orders on damaged items within 15 days.  As this means you have 15 days after receiving a damaged item to notify us we advise you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon proof of damage and the acceptance of the damaged item(s) we will re-send the product the next working day or issue a refund if requested.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UK only. 2 - 3 working days or 3 - 5 working days dependant on your selection.
